1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the Glow Membership offered by Ochea Aesthetics. By purchasing a Glow Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Membership inclusions

The Glow Membership includes the following benefits per billing cycle:

• One (1) treatment per month — choice of Microneedling + LED or Korean Glass Skin Facial + LED

• 10% discount on skincare products purchased in clinic

• Flexible scheduling — book at any time within your active billing cycle

Treatment selection is made at the time of booking each cycle. Inclusions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Pricing and billing

The Glow Membership is billed at $149 AUD per month.

Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your billing date is set on the date of your initial purchase and recurs on the same day each month. Where the billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st in a month with 30 days or fewer), Stripe will process the charge on the last valid day of that month.

All prices include GST where applicable.

4. Payment method

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a Glow Membership you authorise Ochea Aesthetics to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your membership is cancelled.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and valid. If a payment fails, your membership will be considered inactive for that billing cycle and your treatment entitlement for that period will not apply.

5. Treatment bookings

Your monthly treatment entitlement becomes available at the start of each billing cycle and must be used within that cycle. Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month.

Bookings are made through the online booking link provided at the time of membership activation and at the start of each new cycle.

6. Clinical suitability

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment by Kirra Williams, Registered Nurse. Ochea Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is determined that the requested treatment is not clinically appropriate for the client at the time of their appointment.

If you have not previously had a consultation with Kirra, a consultation is required prior to your first membership treatment. This is to ensure clinical suitability and your safety.

Membership fees are not refundable on the basis of clinical unsuitability once a billing cycle has commenced.

7. Cancellation policy

There is no lock-in contract. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Ochea Aesthetics directly via SMS or email.

Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has commenced will not result in a refund for that cycle. You will retain access to your treatment entitlement for the remainder of the paid cycle.

Ochea Aesthetics does not offer a self-serve online cancellation portal. All cancellations are handled directly with Kirra.

8. Refund policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been charged, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

9. Appointment cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice via SMS or phone.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of that cycle's treatment entitlement at the discretion of Ochea Aesthetics.

10. Skincare discount

The 10% skincare discount applies to skincare products purchased in clinic by active members only. The discount applies at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively. The discount is not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

11. Membership pause

Membership pausing is not available as a standard feature. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending for a period of time, please contact Kirra directly to discuss your situation. Ochea Aesthetics will assess requests on a case by case basis.

12. Changes to membership inclusions or pricing

Ochea Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership inclusions or pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active members. Notice will be provided via the email address associated with your membership. Continued membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not wish to continue under the updated terms, you may cancel your membership prior to the effective date of the change at no penalty.

13. Termination by Ochea Aesthetics

Ochea Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time where:

• A client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff

• A client repeatedly fails to attend scheduled appointments without notice

• Clinical circumstances make continued treatment unsuitable

In the event of termination by Ochea Aesthetics, any unused treatment entitlement for the current paid cycle will be honoured where clinically appropriate.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Ochea Aesthetics' Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for the purpose of managing your membership, bookings, and communications. It will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) or medical oversight (Fresh Clinics).

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the Australian Consumer Law implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, Ochea Aesthetics limits its liability to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
